Sponsor

The Sponsor program is for non-divers and divers who would like to show their support of and sponsor Disabled Divers International.

DDI Sponsors will receive the following benefits:

• DDI Sponsor Card including name and year of sponsorship, if the sponsor is certified as a DDI diver, the sponsor may instead select to receive a replacement card showing their current level of certification and DDI sponsorship
• DDI Wall Diploma including name and year of sponsorship.
• Select DDI dive centers may give DDI sponsors discounts or other benefits

As DDI is a non-profit organization all profits from DDI sponsors goes into developing the organization and the development of disabled diving in general.

Achievement Recognitions

The Achievement Recognition program is designed to recognize a disabled diver’s achievements and give them the option of setting goals for their future diving activities.

Bronze Diver

The diver has a valid diver certification and logged 25 dives relevant to their certification level in example a Pool Diver may have logged confined water dives.

Silver Diver

The diver has a valid diver certification and logged 50 dives relevant to their certification level.

Gold Diver

The diver has a valid diver certification and logged 150 dives relevant to their certification level.

 

Surface Assistant

Certification:

Upon satisfactory completion of the program participants qualify for the DDI Surface Assistant certification.

To assist all non diving activities on land.

Note: This is not a scuba diving level of certification.
