The trip attended by 2 paraplegic students OW, 2 students Assistant Diver, 2 DDI Instructors and 2 fun divers. The trip was even merrier with the participation of Malaysia’s 1st DDI Level 1 OW diver Ms Ras Adiba Radzi.

Definitely it was a humble experience for me through the whole OW course. A dive experience which I never would have encountered in any of my previous dive trips. To see many helping hands given by the local staff of East Marine Dive center, the wisdom of my 2 instructors and the 2 strong will paraplegic students who didn’t hesitate at all when told to jump into the water. All these has given me a new meaning towards scuba. Now scuba diving is not just about conservation or underwater sight-seeing and photography but also a Rehabilitation of another person’s body and soul

Congratulations to all involved. I’m a PADI OWSI and would be interested in learning about becoming a DDI instructor. Any information or links you could provide would be greatly appreciated. Thank you
